Mike’s Core Four Issues
Foreign Policy: We must initiate the return of our soldiers from around the world, including Korea, Japan, Europe, and the entire Middle East. We must cease the war propaganda, threats of a blockade, and plans for attacks on Iran, nor should we re-ignite the cold war with Russia over Ukraine. We must be willing to talk to all countries and offer friendship and trade and travel to all who are willing. We must take off the table the threat of a nuclear first strike against all nations.
Mike’s Proposed Legislation
The FAIRtax: Mike Saliba is the first candidate in the State of Michigan to sign the 2022 FAIRtax Pledge to support bill H.R. 25, The FAIRtax. The FairTax is a single-rate, federal retail sales tax collected only once, at the final point of purchase of new goods and services for personal consumption. Used items are not taxed. Business-to-business purchases for the production of goods and services are not taxed. A prebate makes the effective rate progressive. The FairTax is replacement, not reform. It replaces federal income taxes .
